By using the project's services, installing the application, accessing the platform, or interacting with any of its files and exams—whether online or offline, including running, importing, or exporting files in platform formats such as .denu, JSON, or any other formats related to the project—you expressly and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions and undertake to comply with them.

Acceptance becomes effective upon actual use of the platform or its services, given the technical nature of the platform, which does not provide a separate explicit acceptance mechanism.

1.1. Content — Content means everything created through the project, for the project, or uploaded to the platform for use with it, including, without limitation, exams, questions, educational materials, files in .denu, JSON, or other formats related to the project, and data resulting from interaction with such materials.

1.2. User — User means any natural or legal person who accesses the platform or uses its services or content for any purpose, whether as a content creator, consumer, or intermediary in its distribution.

1.3. Platform — Platform refers to the project in all of its technical and digital components, including the website, application, APIs, and accompanying tools.

2.1. License Granted to the Platform — By uploading, sharing, creating, activating, or processing any content through the platform or its tools, the user grants the platform a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license.

This license permits the platform to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the content in any manner the platform considers appropriate for developing its business and operating its services.

2.2. Data Collection and Analysis — The platform reserves the absolute right to use data generated from users' interactions with content—whether created locally or online—to develop its algorithms and improve its database, in accordance with applicable Egyptian law and the platform's privacy policy.

3.1. Freedom to Share — Anyone may download content made available on the platform, share it with others, re-upload it, and use it within the platform, provided that all restrictions in these Terms are fully observed, especially Section 4 below.

Public availability for sharing does not constitute a waiver of intellectual property rights belonging to the platform or the original content owners.

3.2. Personal and Educational Use — This license permits use of the content for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes without prior permission, within the limits allowed by these Terms.

4.1. Commercial Use — As a general rule, users are prohibited from using content available on the platform for commercial purposes, including, without limitation, selling, renting, providing it as part of paid products or services, or obtaining any direct or indirect financial return from it.

Exception — The original content owner, meaning the person who created the content and uploaded it to the platform, may use their own content commercially. This exception applies only to content proven to be owned by that person and does not extend to content created by others, even when such content is publicly available for sharing.

Anyone claiming ownership bears the burden of conclusively proving it upon request by providing evidence of original creation, such as timestamps or supporting documents accepted by the platform's administration. If ownership cannot be proven, the full commercial-use prohibition applies without exception.

Public distribution of content on the platform does not grant any user the right to use another person's content commercially, even if that content is available to everyone.

4.2. Prohibition on AI Model Training — It is strictly prohibited to use any part of the content, file structures, or resulting data for training, developing, or improving artificial intelligence (AI/ML) models and algorithms, or for feeding automated systems, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without prior written permission from the platform.

4.3. Reverse Engineering and Extraction — No party may use, copy, extract, scrape, or reverse engineer any materials, questions, or content available on the platform or embedded in its files, whether in whole or in part, regardless of whether they were obtained from inside the application or circulated elsewhere.

4.4. Commercial Distribution — No party other than the platform or the original content owner, with prior written permission, may resell, rent, or make such content publicly available in a commercial context outside the platform's direct service.

5.1. Protection of Structure and Compilations — The databases, question collections, platform exams, and specific formatting structures of files produced by the application are commercial assets owned and protected under Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002 and its amendments.

5.2. Access and Control Rights — The platform alone has the right to grant or revoke access permissions to any part of the data or files designed through it. Making content available or using it offline does not grant the user ownership of the compiled portion or the right to convert it for competing uses.

6.1. Disclaimer — The platform and its services are provided on an 'as-is' basis without express or implied warranties. The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the content or inability to use it.

6.2. User Responsibility — The user bears full responsibility for any content they upload or create on the platform and warrants that such content does not infringe the rights of third parties. In the event of any third-party claim arising from user content, the user alone bears full legal and financial responsibility.

The platform is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with applicable Egyptian law. This section forms part of these Terms and is governed by the platform's privacy policy available on its official platform.

8.1. Platform's Right to Terminate — The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access immediately and without prior notice in the event of a violation of these Terms, or for technical or operational reasons the platform considers necessary.

8.2. Data After Termination — Upon termination of service or closure of an account, the platform reserves the right to retain aggregated and anonymized data derived from content for development and analysis purposes. Identifiable personal content remains subject to the applicable privacy policy.

9.1. Governing Law — These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Egyptian law, in particular Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002 and its amendments, Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004, and applicable provisions of the Egyptian Civil Code.

9.2. Jurisdiction — The competent Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, with local jurisdiction belonging to the courts located in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

9.3. Amicable Settlement — In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first seek an amicable settlement within no more than thirty (30) days from the date notice of the dispute is given, before resorting to the courts.

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after publication of amendments constitutes implicit acceptance of the amended Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
